Account got suspended, any way to get contacts back?

I created a topic in the mens health section, and a user made a comment and I found a bit offensive, and reported his answer. Then, I log in to find my own account suspended. I think this is unfair. I have a new account now, is there anyway to get my contacts back? Or get my old account back? (probably impossible?)
