hmm, the problem with most anti-depressants is it’s very hard to find the right pills for you and most often than not they’re very addicting. In other words the possible benefits are overwhelmed by the risks.
I suggest you try natural methods, like meditation. Meditating helps immensely in calming the mind and relaxing your mood. It also teaches us to have more control of our emotions.
