Be happy your parents are actually STILL having sex…and making enough noise to show that they still enjoy each other!! It’s healthy for them to do so, and you will actually benefit from this knowledge later in life. Let them be happy and do their thing and just put the music up louder or something….don’t sweat it so much!! Hopefully when you are their age you’ll have a healthy sex life as well!!

Eww dude, I’m sure it must be nasty to hear that – and that’s something you can never UNHEAR! Just tell them to keep it quiet…not at that very moment, but the next day or something, just tell them that your room is close and that they’re a bit too loud and it’s just not nice to hear your parents doing it. Be open with them about it. You’re not the one that should be embarrased, they should keep it down.

poor you- thats happened to me as well
pillows over your head might help a bit but you could also try getting up and “going to the toilet” they should stop if they think you’re awake
remember to be quite loud so they know you’re awake
