It is very very dangerous…. you could end up with a limp broken dick that will never work again… and only for what? an extra 2 inches?

By itself, this surgery does not make penis larger and penis remains the same as before, because the operation bears auxiliary character and it has no effect without use of extender. Do not even consider penis enlargement surgery it is extremely dangerous to the health of your penis.
It is not guaranteed to work and you can end up with numbness or impotence or other problems. Plus its very expensive.

i never try to take penis enlargement surgery, cause it waaay to expensive and i’m to afraid to take a surgery.
