All day energy has caffeine. Perhaps you’re crashing. Otherwise, a better diet. Stay away from processed foods, especially those with high fructose corn syrup, and don’t eat a lot of meat or dairy. Whole grains, complex carbs, veggies and fruit are good.
There’s a drink from Brazil called Yerba Mate. If you can find it, it comes in tea bags. It has some caffeine, but it also increases blood flow and wakes you up a bit. A lot of people claim it gives them a sustainable, healthy energy they can’t get from coffee and energy drinks and the like.
Are you getting restful sleep? If you’re depressed or your mind is working over time, you could still be tiring yourself out over night. Also, exercise might help you sleep restfully. It will also make you feel all around better. Try going for a jog every day, even if it’s small for starters. Yoga might be worth looking into as well. If you don’t use your muscles in novel ways every so often you become lethargic.

Try cutting the sleep down to 7 hours. Maybe you’re sleeping too much, for what your nervous system needs. Some people require less sleep, others more. My guess is that you require less.
That may change when you get older, but it might not.

Create a video blog…instantly.
As the first answerer suggested, it could be a caffeine crash. You could be low in iron as well – which is more common in females, but could also happen to men.
I’d recommend you go get a blood test done tho. They’ll be able to tell if there is any sort of imbalance. (Maybe it’s a thyroid problem) At least then you’ve ruled out a lot of possibilities and it just comes down to lifestyle really.
Good luck!
