assuming one is perfectly healthy, why would one die of old age? If you are super healthy and fit, how is it possible to die of old age?

when you’re fit, your heart and lungs are healthy and strong. The rest of your body, on the other hand, ages. Your organs only have a certain lifetime until theyve been used to the max and can no longer function, hence, death

Eating healthy and taking care of yourself enables one to die of “old age”. Otherwise the brain, heart, lungs and other necessary organs fail causing death due to other diseases and not allowing one the ability to reach old age.

you die of old age because your organs except your lungs and heart grow weaker. Your bones also get weaker and milk will not strengthen it.

LIKE PARTS ON A CAR, THE INTERNAL PARTS OF OUR BODIES ALSO WEAR OUT AND GO BAD. OFTEN YOU WILL HEAR PEOPLE SAY SOMEONE DIED OF OLD AGE BUT IN FACT SOMETHING HAS FAILED. IT MAY BE THE KIDNEYS, HEART, LIVER ETC. GENETICS MAKE IT MUCH EASIER FOR SOME TO LIVE LONGER THAN OTHERS. AS A NURSE, I ALSO BELIEVE THAT IN SOME CASES THE MIND, SPIRIT AND BODY JUST BECOME TO TIRED TO RECOVER.
