it would increase the turgor pressure within the cell walls of your skin and outer body areas because of the difference in heat – the lower pressure system generated by warmth would make the colder water in your body basically expand – also along with the loosening of your vein walls from the heat it would briefly make an erection slightly larger but just to the point that your external body temperature equalized with the hotter shower water – it’s also why there is wind because of equalization of different pressure systems within the atmosphere

another example – if you blow up a balloon in the upper atmosphere and then bring it down to sea level it would get larger

the same thing would happen to your body in a hot shower – also why hot showers can help to relieve some sorts of headaches, sinus headaches, swelling, etc – because of a pressure differential
