Read you questions. Going to make this short, you must go to a detox facility get off all the drugs including alcohol. Stay “clean and sober”, for at least 6 months. Then see a doctor, and be diagnosed.
If you choose not to, the problems are going to get worse, and ruin your life. At your age, and with therapy I believe you will find resolution, and live a normal life.
