Been going to the gym every day for 2 weeks when will I start to show a weight loss? I am also on a diet according to Mens Health Mag.

    Actually, you don’t have to diet as such if you want to lose weight, the one diet that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it has been highlighted in Reader’s Digest and CNN.     You might not necessarily lose weight in numbers but your body will change. Not to mention you will be becoming healthier but you’ll be losing fat and gaining muscle which will be the cause of your numbers not changing. Don’t base it on the number of your weight but how you look and feel. Do you feel like you’re becoming healthier?
