You might not necessarily lose weight in numbers but your body will change. Not to mention you will be becoming healthier but you&#039;ll be losing fat and gaining muscle which will be the cause of your numbers not changing. Don&#039;t base it on the number of your weight but how you look and feel. Do you feel like you&#039;re becoming healthier?</description>

Actually, you don&#039;t have to diet as such if you want to lose weight, the one diet that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it has been highlighted in Reader&#039;s Digest and CNN. I lost 30 pounds, it definitely does work!</description>
