   Your prostate glad is not near your testicles. It is difficult to understand what you are describing. Your best bet is a visit to the doctor

   From what you are describing, to me it sounds like an Inguinal Hernia. This is when there is a tear in the abdominal wall allowing some intestine to fall into the opening. This is potentially dangerous and you should schedule an appointment with your MD. If the intestine gets pinched off, it can cause it to die and then it will become infected causing a lot of other problems.

   Your prostate is inside your butt, so it is not your prostate touching your testicle.
   All guys testicles hang somewhat unevenly. It has to do with body temperature.
   Notice when you’re cold, they draw up closer. You’re actually normal, guy.
