Ok so I just found out my grandpa has prostate cancer. Apparently he caught it early on but it was a 7 out of 9 on the aggressive scale. He finds out Friday if it spread to the bones. I’d like to know what are the chances of it spreading, and if it does how long would you expect him to live? He is 70 years old and weighs out 180 pounds if that makes any difference. Please help. I don’t much about this and I’m really freaking out.

I’ve had problems with my prostate since I was 20. But back then the cure was some surgery that would remove part of the prostate.
