get them nice and soft such as in warm bath or shower and run your fingers all around them and then one ball at a time and move your fingers slowly over them to see if you feel any lumps that seam strange,be care-full that you don’t get to excited when doing this as it will tend to you giving it a little w**k to finish it off

Depending on where the pain is, it could be of organic origin, or just repeated trauma from how they are positioned.

when you get out the shower, while your testicles are still warm and hanging away from your body, place your index and middle finger behind your testicle and use your thumb to gently rub the front of your testicle.

if you feel i lump it doesn’t mean it’s cancer but still get checked out.
