Sexual harrassment mens health ?
I don’t actually have a sexual harassment problem that was just to get people to read
I am 15
I have good abs. (that picture of me was from summer)
I want
•pecs,
•brouder shoulders(I have lost the look I had in the picture. I haven’t gained weight I am just not as broad. I am more rectangle now)
• arm muscle
I have two dumbells that are 10lbs each.
Any workouts would be great!
PS–I don’t want to buy any additional equipment
And I have leg weights and arm weights that are sand and go around your ankles and wrists.
WTF?
If I would have wanted to hear how hot I was I would have said “what do you think about me?” and posted it in the womens health or singles and dating. I am straight. Don’t want guys telling me i’m hot.
I know I’m hot.
I get all the girls, I was homecoming kingi am popular and hot. Don’t have to have strangers to tell me that.
Okay guys seriously!?!?!?
I AM 15 f.ucking years old
And that IS f.ucking me alright?
God what’s your problem. Why would I lie about my age? If I wax 20 what reason could I possibly have to not say I’m 20.
If you want I will send you more pics of me to price this is me. What else? A copy of my birth certificate?
Well dumbass I won homecoming king this year. In 8th grade at the middle school. Grt your facts straight.

you look like you’re 35 years old on your pic
if you’re really 15 and you already look quite thick for your age, you should prob. start eating healthier and lose some weight
edit:
hahaha woah. okay buddy, don’t flatter yourself…trust me, no.

You really aren’t interested in a workout routine, right? What you really want is someone to tell you how awesome you are.. Sorry, it’s not gonna happen with me. You wouldn’t be able to hear over the sound of your arrogance.

Sorry to say it the 10lbs dumbells aren’t going to do shit. The best advice I can give you is do do some increased resistance pushups and regular pullups.
For the pushups, if you can already do 30-40 the regular way, switch it up, and elevate your feet onto a chair or bed. Gradually increase the height as you get stronger. Eventually you can even do shoulder press pushups against a wall. For muscle mass, you don’t want to do a whole lot of easy reps, you want a medium amount of hard reps. Aim for 30-40.
Also, if you want to work the chest less, and the triceps more, move your hands closer together.
For back and biceps, nothing is better than pullups. It shouldn’t be too hard to find a bar or something to do them from. I used to do them from joists in my basement. Vary it up too, wide grip, narrow grip, etc.
Also, be sure to eat lots of protein afterward. Whey Protein shakes are the best, but lean meats like turkey, chicken and tuna are also good, peanut butter also.

Create a video blog…instantly.
Man you deserve better responses than those so I’m butting in.
Shoulder width is mostly genetic. Guys can give the illusion of a wider V shape by developing lats and shoulders…. so do lots of chin ups, lateral pulldowns and work up the your delts.
Pecs… teh cable machine is often udner-estimated for pecs.. but cable flies are a good exercise.. and obvously pushups, bench press, seated bench press.. declined bench press. to work the various areas of your pecs… use dumbells instead of barbells.. so you get an even development both sides.
Arms are small muscles really. They will grow with bench press and lat pull downs .. but curls, preacher curls, tricpe kickbacks.. tricep pulldowns… your triceps are actually larger mucles than biceps.. so dont forget them… and try a few sets of reverse grip on everything arms… to build your foreams. With the curls, twist the dumbell at the top so your knuckles are turned away from you.. this puts a peak on the bicep muscle.. you will really feel it too when you are doing them.
Here’s a workout:
The essence of the workout is to use it to set up what muscle group you are concentrating on… exchange the actual exercises to suit the equipment you’ve got.. look up the exercise directory.
Finally… here is a link to the best online exercise directory around … use it wisely:

I would say, no that isn’t you. No 15 yr old looks like that. But don’t worry, I won’t judge you on your pic.
Just do all the stuff you can think of with the dumbbells. And do a ton of it. Muscle tone is better than size, with big weights you grow muscle to be huge but then “deflate”, with smaller weights and pushups chin ups etc, you get good tone, some size, and it doesn’t deflate. Just like 50 of each arm with whatever you’re doing and you’ll be good.
Oh and make sure to keep up with situps. You’ll want good abs, which i think are more important than arm strength. You should use the guy in your picture as a model for your abs

I doubt you are 15. Come on, I’m 16 and my high school has like 2,000 people. So I can start to tell how old people are. And you look more like you are 18 to early twenties. And hardly any 15 year olds have a body like that. It seems like you don’t even workout so you can’t get a body like that.
But anyway, just go to bodybuilding.com and look up some routines and exercises. They have a chat so you can talk to other people.
Oh yeah, homecoming King is for SENIORS in HIGH SCHOOL.
