Some problems when urinating?

I am 38, healthy, I think, but for a few months I think I am having some difficuty when urinating. Some times I feel I have to make too much effort and feel that I may not fully empty my bladder. This does not happen all the time. I have been concerned because some peple I know have had problems with thier prostate. Could it be that my mind is playing games and I am over reacting? One thing that I have learned in the past is not to gamble or guess when it comes to your health. If you think that something is not right, then you should seek a professional opinion. Yes, it may be all in your head, but wouldn’t you rather have a professional tell you that?
