When I push the liquids semen and urine out of my penis, some of it gets obstructed and doesn’t leave my penis?

JR8898 asked:

Is this a tight muscle problem? Or prostate problem?

Doctor say tight sphincter, prescribed Uroxatral, but it didn’t help. Now I’m feeling really down, as I’m only 20.

Depending on how much of an issue this is for you, you might want to have a urethrogram (x ray dye study of the urethra) performed to check for urethral diverticula. This is a defect of the urethral wall, where a pouch like space is formed that can trap urine and semen and leak it out later, usually at a time that is inconvenient as hell. The other defects that would fit this scenario is a posterior urethral valve, or a stricture. Valves is a defect where a valve flap forms in the urethra and can obstruct or block flow intermittently , and a stricture is a scar tissue narrowing of the urethra that gets worse with time, usually as a result of some trauma or surgery to the urethra, but it can be congenital.

All these things will show up on an image study. There are also tests that can be done on the bladder neck nerves to see if the problem is neurologic in nature.
