why is it so hard to take a pee after sex?

    Because your body naturally restricts the ability to urinate during sex. So the muscles need time to relax after.

    Nothing to do with your prostate at all:after you came:your urine duct is closed during ejaculation.
    And it needs time to relax again:so it is a normal situation.

    Hello Johnny,
    I don’t think you’ve got a problem with your prostate. What you are asking about is very variable. Some people can and some can’t. There is a valve up the passage which closes to keep the two tubes separate, one for semen, one for urine. It just takes longer to open again in some people. It’s like urinating with an erection….some can relax and do it, most can’t. Good luck
